  • Pelvic lymphadenectomy  -Bilateral pelvic lymphadenectomy (PLND) is done in combination with radical cystoprostatectomy and anterior pelvic exenteration.
  • Radical cystoprostatectomy for men-By removing the bladder, prostate, and pelvic lymph nodes.
  • Anterior pelvic exenteration for women - This process involves the removal of the bladder, urethra, uterus, ovaries, anterior vaginal wall, and pelvic lymph nodes

Superficial bladder tumours

Superficial tumours are relatively harmless .The low grade superficial tumors are similar to some skin cancers in that they persist often but are usually not very hazardous to the patient. These tumors are cured by simply removal with the cystoscope and they frequently doesn't required further more treatment. They have a very high rate of recurrence, so the patient must be monitored closely by the urologist for several years. Monitoring is done in several different ways. The urologist usually recommends checking the bladder after every 3 or 4 month with the help of cytoscope. The Bladder tumour normally have been diagnosed following a flexible cystoscopy for patients has a blood in the urine. Oftenally a tumour is found on ultrasound or X ray examination of the bladder.

Muscle invasive bladder Tumours

These treatments Surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are used alone or in combination which are treated on the nvasive bladder cancer. The surgery remove the affected part of the bladder this is done with the help of cystoscope. The operation involves an abdominal cut and the patient stays several days in the hospital. The aim of this operation is to complete remove of all tumours because if the tumour is invasive the transurethral resection alone usually leaves some tumor behind.
